Achievers is well suited as a rewards and recognition platform - which is what it was designed for. It's less appropriate for a company intranet to share files and documents with one another. Allowing users to do both on one platform would be a great solution for bridging the gap between corporate communication and rewards.

You can easily manage job descriptions and survey data, and you can empower your HR teams to find information in the tool by giving them access to specific areas of the site. The system can be configured to fit the needs of your organization

The value proposition for CompAnalyst is greater than other compensation management software alternatives that we have evaluated. No other system offers the same capabilities and functionalities as the CompAnalyst platform. While some competitors offer unique features not found in the tool, CompAnalyst is always evaluating new offerings to enhance the site. Additionally, we have an awesome professional services team that really rounds out the experience.
