Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform that is cloud-native, scalable, and configurable in 5 minutes. It is free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching - AEM’s foundational use case - through peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates costly, time-consuming routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital…

AnyDesk is free for personal use and offers a limited set of features and support. Professional users need a license. Only the initiator of a session needs a license, participants are free.
While other RMMs may only be good at one thing, Action1 is really good at everything that their does. If they don't have it in the platform yet, that's because it's not good enough for their standards. From a pricing standpoint on Patch/Software management there is no match for …
The free version of TeamViewer is unstable; the remote connection is frequently lost. Anydesk's remote connection is much more reliable and consistent. Even so, I prefer AnyDesk over other software because it's a lot easier to install and runs very well. Aside from that, its …
TeamViewer is very expensive, but offers similar functionality. Splashtop is free to use when used with Atera RMM/PSA - very easy to use in this environment as there is no login requirements on Atera Clients and the users endpoint can be managed without the user having to worry …
The most important thing is ease of use and easy to understand. zoom, Google Meet and TeamViewer and very complicated as compared to AnyDesk. Within 2-3 clicks we can connect get access and get the work done. It doesn't need the user to be well worse with the system even a noob …
The chat option, central dashboard, file management, shared clipboard makes and remote access link creation, makes TeamViewer to be preferred when having remote access required for a problem solving and more, if it would take a long time to be connected.
It is much more practical and easier to use, and it is also the most compatible software across different platforms, whether mobile or desktop, on different operating systems.
Es mucho más práctico y fácil de usar, además de que es el software más compatible entre distintas …
AnyDesk's advantage lies in its compatibility with older operating systems. Some other remote control systems only work with the latest versions, and older systems are incompatible. Being multi-platform, it eliminates the need for a separate remote for each environment. It …
It is incredibly easy to download and run and most of all its free. It can be downloaded on multiple platforms and I can help my co-workers without worrying about cross platform compatibility.
Usablity for sure. other files are huge take lots of space, RAM, if the version is same you can't with that remote desk. Google Meet sometimes gives echo noise when we connect, so it dont use it much

It is easier to use and is less costly. I haven't checked the pricing recently, but since I started with AnyDesk, they have tripled their prices. Compared to the Turbo meeting, there is no device to set up or maintain, and AnyDesk address book is easier to use to maintain …
AnyDesk is so much easier to use than any of the alternatives I've tried, and actually has basic features like remembering passwords for unattended access. The file transfer is also a heck of a lot better on AnyDesk, as the copy and paste function just saves so much time …
I used AnyDesk before because it was fast and cheaper. I switched to TeamViewer because it has more features, like remote printing, and works better with different devices. TeamViewer also gives better support and tools for managing multiple clients.
In my position, I have also used AnyDesk because we frequently utilize various software for different tasks. However, we opted for TeamViewer because our team members are not technically inclined. They are experts in other areas. TeamViewer was the ideal choice for us since we …
I have used AnyDesk for my personal project as I still use it as it is totally free for me. But my company is using TeamViewer but I must say both have their own advantages and both works well for me. But I talk about TeamViewer, Then it is best for business perspective because …
TeamViewer's mobile apps are up to the mark with specialising in remote control, file transfer and device switching. AnyDesk's mobile apps are also functional but are less accurate for precision task like cursor control. TeamViewer keeps a detailed session history by default, …
We have tried to use AnyDesk but don't feel us secure like with TeamViewer. Many of our DIAMES customers wouldn't allow us to use AnyDesk to access the DIAMES servers on their sites. They don't trust the product and its reliability. AnyDesk is not as fast as TeamViewer in our …
In general, TeamViewer is positioned better for cross-platform support, and it is most common on enterprise infrastructure machines. It integrates easily and offers a level of security. Also, access is possible to users who are not admins, unlike AnyDesk, which allows us to …
For mobile, TeamViewer was much better, especially since some of them don't support mobile devices at all. Performance seems to be generally better than AnyDesk and on par with ScreenConnect in both performance and the feature set. One system not in the list above is RustDesk. …
TeamViewer is easier to use, has a better UI that I can control more easily than others, is faster, and I think it uses less bandwidth than others. Also, 5 stars for me, it has a better chat display that can be shown or hidden according to our needs during the remote session. …
1. AnyDesk stops working in between. And not many users use AnyDesk. It has a complex permission section where users are not able to give remote permissions easily, which consumes time. 2. Zoom Meetings is slow in remote access response and it's time bounded when it comes to a …
Although it is the most expensive on the market, it has many built-in features and, above all, resilience and security. It is much more practical to work with when there is a need to provide constant support to many users. On the downside, I see that it is very dependent on a …

TeamViewer is a go-to product for almost all newbies and smaller organizations, allowing multiple simultaneous connections and the ability to transfer files, letting you serve multiple clients at once.
Compared to other software, TeamViewer is one of the most complete, allowing multiple simultaneous connections and file transfers in a very smooth manner, enabling you to serve several clients at once. Furthermore, you can control frequently used connections as favorites, …

Very easy, no advanced config needed. Highly reliable even on low bandwidth. Strong encryption, 2fA session logging. Work on cross-platfrom like windows, Linux, macOS etc. Smooth even under average network. Session recording, unattended accessc and chat. Strong enterprise …
It was cost friendly compared to them and it also provided us with a sleek and modern interface with no distruptions. Also unlike some tools TeamViewer allows secure remote access without the need for complex vpn set up. It was also very userfriendly and easier to setup and …
Basically we require only one tool for meeting as well as for remote connection so we prefer it as well as file transfer is also one of the requirements so we prefer to use this instead of taking different tools subscription
If your organization is like mine (nonprofit and tight budget) this product is for you. The first 200 endpoints are free and being we are a small organization, this product is perfect for us. I was able to use Action1 to upgrade all my endpoints from Windows 10 to 11 pretty much effortlessly. If you are not a nonprofit and have more endpoints over 200, this is still a great product to use as I don't find it very expensive to incorporate into your infrastructure.
Quick connection with pre-set clients, where you can connect with or without a password, and even turn on your computer if you have it configured that way. When connecting to multiple devices, managing several windows can be confusing when, in my opinion, it could be better managed by tabs with the connections listed sequentially for visual identification.
I think it works well for IT management and help desk support of end users. I find it very useful to help users and send files to their desktop. Remote Workers still run into some problems with MFA and updates, both to the TV Host app and OS updates. However, it does give us secure direct access without the need of a VPN.
Easy remote access to devices. That simple. We have some very unskilled users in the field where asking them to access their PC via conventional remote tools like TeamViewer, Anydesk, etc. was always a pain. Now, all they have to do is ensure their PC is online, and we can connect to them.
Remote software deploy. Before Action1, we did have some GPOs and scripts, but again - being able to deploy to PCs outside of our office/LAN, is just beautiful. On top of the standard repository, being able to create new packages is very useful for our scenario.
Inventory Reporting. Recently we had to identify PCs running old versions of Windows. Can't highlight enough how easy it is.
The deployment screens for update deferrals can be hard to understand at first and easy to skip since it carries some default info when you create a new automation rather than a more conspicuous prompt to update.
we should be able to connect from windows to iphone or ipad, it is now possible to connect to ipad or iphone. AnyDesk can work on this.
the field where we enter remote address should be more visible. New user cannot find where to enter the remote address that takes some time to connect. AnyDesk should change the placement of it.
If we can change the colour theme of the UI that will be an addon thing. when you daily use AnyDesk you get bored of the same UI.
Just like a Xmax UI. Any desk should constantly change somethings which makes the UI visually appealing.
With an iPad, you can't take control of the device, so you have to tell someone what to do. Which can be a challenge because the end user doesn't know what to do
With the free version of TeamViewer you cant enter Admin credentials because TeamViewer blocks the windows to fill in the credentials
The free version can be really limited which can be putting off people because they don't see the full potential of TeamViewer
This is the best remote access tool to any pc/laptop/desktop. We can make sure that we are 24/7 monitored, connected and if any technical problem arises, there can be a solution remotely with the help of AnyDesk. As AnyDesk has a remote access tool, it is easy to show clients how to do simple technical tasks on their remote pc/laptop just by loggin in from abroad
We need this tool in our day to day business. It is what we do all day remoting into clients devices. In this day and age we can access devices all over the world as long as we have secure internet connection. It certainly saves money in gas, and even if you are away you can help.
Action1 has taken many of the tasks that are time consuming and made them simple automated tasks that can be run on a schedule. I can schedule tasks to run off-hours and know that they will be done and I no longer have worry about it. As someone who does IT support for a living, it just makes my job so much simpler with less stress.
I would like to rate it 9 out of 10 stars because the software has significantly simplified the interaction process for us. Additionally, knowledge sharing and team support can be accomplished in just a few seconds through video conferencing and screen sharing. The physical movement of manpower has been minimised after installing this software in our business.
TeamViewer is a reliable and really strong tool for accessing remote IT platforms secure and fast. We don't know any product that provide us such strong functionality to make our life as a internationally recognized MES provider with DIAMES with an international clientele so easy. We look forward for any new TeamViewer functionality that supports us even more.
I didn't have any technical problems and I didn't suffer from bugs or errors. Customer service has improved a lot and I no longer need to leave the office to go to the user's computer. With AnyDesk I install and remove programs, printers, scanners, settings in general. Screen sharing is excellent and without delays. Overall, I recommend and approve AnyDesk.
the few times i have had to contact teamviewer support, they were very responsive and give me quick answers and seemed to understand my problems quickly and easily. I did not have to sit on the phone for hours on hold or get passed around to multiple phone support techs before finding a solution to my issues, so i would rate their support very highly.
As expected without any problem! Alternate in-person training is another efficient way to learn how a product works. There are many third party supporters for TeamViewer courses available that can give additional ideas how to use TeamViewer for specific functions and features as we did require in respect of our usage.
I have never used the online training either. I have watched a few informational videos that were helpful when learning how to do a specific procedure within TeamViewer and get the most out of the software by utilizing one of the many features that are available with the software. Again, 5 if for neutral.
TeamViewer installation and deployment to other devices is pretty straightforward and does not require much technical know-how. This makes ease of use attractive when supporting both new and existing clients with limited technical knowledge. I think ease of use is a huge factor in getting new clients. TeamViewer handles that extremely well.
After looking at different solutions, Action1 [Cloud Remote Monitoring and Management Solution] was the perfect fit for us that delivered all of the features we wanted without being as costly as some of the others alternatives we've looked at. There was no minimum endpoint count and they even offer up to 50 endpoints for free, which is really great for a small organization like us to help us lower our starting costs and still allows us to grow at our pace without having to commit to a defined amount of endpoints to start.
Getscreen.me connects remotely directly from your browser, it's very convenient - no need to explain to customers what and how to install. Also, it has a very user-friendly interface. They also have all the necessary features for remote access (file sharing, WoL, black screen, session recording) and are significantly cheaper.
TeamViewer's cost is much lower than that of other solutions, and its security is far superior to RemotePC's. TeamViewer is also a request-based remote session manager, unlike other software that allows indefinite connection time. TeamViewer's free version makes it even better for one end of the group to find support, while the other end has the paid version.
Saved hours per week on patching and able to ensure a 100% patching success rate.
Able to create custom alerting on potential problems as well as able to create some automation to automatically address problems.
Improved support to our remote locations and users.
Custom deployments allow us to have a mechanism to deploy custom applications we build as well as other third party applications we need to distribute.
It helps us reduce in-person visits, saving time and money.
Being able to serve more than one client at a time is very profitable because, whereas before it was one agent per client in person, now that everything is online, productivity is multiplied
