If you're with a big company that can afford to pay $500 - 1000 per month or more for data, then this platform may have a lot of value for you. That's in part because you could use it to produce actionable insights on a mass scale and you may not be worried about the cost of incorrect data. If your company is a smaller company working on a budget, this most likely is not the solution for you.

  • Negotiating can be difficult as their Sales teams always have to seek multiple approvals to move forward
  • They don't advertise their big picture strengths and their transformative capabilities nearly well enough

They are terrific at giving instruction/webinars. I am able to call, directly, to an individual and talk to that person. I'm not talking to a robot. They give personal service which is really special.

Alternatives Considered

Winmo allows more dynamic and functional searches, and puts agency and brand contacts in one place. It also allows exports based on spend and in general, is much more dynamic of a software.

I have used other resources on the Internet for company information but the credibility of Avention has always proven to be a better source. I have used Slack (Google extension) for building lists on LinkedIn for prospecting and that has been a good resource but for contacts but ultimately Avention is a great tool that I believe any sales organization can and should utilize.
