It is well suited as a fashion and accessories industry customer loyalty programme platform. It is also a well organized way of managing reports and campaigns. It is also very suitable for low-budget programmes and we are satisfied with the services. So it is very suitable for my requirements.

LevelEleven helps boost sales performance and also improves the general office environment because everyone loves being publically praised for their wins. One thing to consider before making a purchase - you will need to have a dedicated person(preferably admin, because you would need to build Processes in Salesforce, etc.) to be in charge of implementing it, building all contests, building up Channel and Splashes. It's not the tool busy Sales manager can add to their stack and forget about it.

- SFDC integration. Having the metrics on the left-hand side of the CRM is useful. As someone who lives in CRM, I can see real-time what my metrics and output is throughout the week.
- Visibility into team metrics. Great to compare and contrast how I'm doing in relation to the team.

Overall usability is very satisfying and it is a good systematic user experience, all the systems having some issues so it is also having issues in the system. But it makes some of our campaigns easily manageable and you can get the best return on investment on our campaigns. It is also very easy to manage too.

Customer support is not well organised and you can make many efforts to get the resolution. For email or phone support you have to have the patience to deal with the support team, also if you submit a query the responding time is usually high.

Support is amazing! You are going to be well taken care of! Our CSM would always do monthly calls with us(not a lot of Customer success teams do that). Educating on new features, training new team members, re-training existing team members, suggesting strategies to utilize tool 100%Their response time was always super quick!
