Its probably better suited for home-use rather than in a large office setting. Fortunately, my suite is less than 2000 sq ft so it's not much of an issue. It allows downloading and can be used amongst other managers or IT staff and the likes. I dont use any for outside.

Thundertix is a wonderful program for tickets and events. The low cost makes it affordable and practical. Allowing the venue to retain profits.

  • For the money, I honestly don't have a single critique. Some of the larger companies offer a few more features, but we believe that most of those bells and whistles are not worth a significant increase in price.
  • Our venue is a 160 seat venue. Thundertix is ideal for this. I do not know how Thundertix would translate to a 15,000 venue. It is not what we deal with. We are involved in some higher ticket events, but those are all General Admission so I do not have to deal with 15,000 reserved seats.

I have only had to contact them one time, and they were responsive and professional. It is difficult to give a rating on this unless you actually have an issue. This is the reason for a 9 out of 10. I can not give a perfect rating if I never had an opportunity to truly experience something.

They are quick to respond to both calls and email. They also have a robust online set of documentation and tools that offer the possibility of finding your own answer. But, even if you don't use it, ThunderTix never asks the "did you check our online resources" questions. They never complain about emails or calls. They are there to help and do a fantastic job!

Thundertix may not have all of the features as something like eventbright or bands in town, but the amount we are saving daily makes up for some of the features that may not be present. We are a small intimate venue so Thindertix is the best fit for our organization.

The monthly license price is based on the number of tickets allotted per month at each edition. The greater the plan, the greater number of tickets are available to sell per month of service. Editions are variable and can be upgraded and downgraded each month. For annual or seasonal events, accounts can be put into Maintenance Mode for $10/month after an event concludes until the time they are ready to sell again for the following year.
