Choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM is a good option if you are a growing small or medium-sized company with a hard time managing Google Sheets, as it is less cluttered than other CRMs and makes it easier to manage deals with little automation.

Korero

Korero would be the best choice for freelance professionals, small and medium size companies, in my opinion.It is also a great platform for those who are looking for ATS and CRM together at an affordable price.For a one man company it becomes expensive to buy software and manage relationships and recruitment process online and in that scenario Korero platform comes handy with its offerings and price. Its relatively new in the market so I would say they can bring more add-ons with time but for now I feel it has a lot of potential to support the recruiters like me and many other businesses.

Also, Bigin allows customization of most of the activities, which ensures that results attained are specific and practical to interpret. The customer assistance notion from Bigin is always right, as they completely make a follow up concerning the new clients. Lastly, Bigin through social site engagement, the software learns what bothers or matters to the clients

Almost every task you need to learn about has a large amount of documentation available. However, my rating is based on my recent interaction with the developer. Although I was satisfied with the service, I deducted one point since getting them on the phone took me three to four days.

The support team is open for discussions and to look into to improve the system that is suits for us. If needed they are always available and they solve problems very fast. They give us the feeling that we are important for them. They don’t charge extra for any small questions. The support is very friendly.

Bigin introduced the single sign on procedure, which boosts the security of the entire system and ensure no attacks in any form.
