This is an amazing software which can reduce workload from HR and they can work on other projects like perfect hiring. It is easier to use. It’s is the best way to manage HR service to the end-users. Every employee can raise their concerns and plans their leaves accordingly. It is also easier to get their payslips and other information related to Human Resources. It is well suited for all kinds of small and big companies especially multinational companies where mixed nationalities are working together. BiznusSoft HR (formerly HRMSSoft) is a set of extreme levels of expertise that stops and covers all the loop holes in the HR system of any company. Every employee follows the process through. Everyone can be treated equally and there will be no favoritism and politics in the system.

As a part-time employee, it would be better if I was able to book leave on an hourly basis. Also, to be able to set up two leave types, paid and unpaid, and accrue lieu time.

I would like to express my feelings about HRMSSoft that if any company obtains it they will never leave it as it is the best software for Employee management I ever used. I would like to highly recommend this software to everyone who wants to see their employees happy and grow faster in today's market.
