Likelihood to Recommend Working with many employees at the same time would be the perfect scenario to let us test all the potential that the Breezy HR platform has to offer, since its organizational capacity is large enough to be able to organize and coordinate the attendance and absence information of many workers without losing track of the job. Reviewing documents where data is needed about each employee's behavior, including their daily attendance hours, tracking of all the absences they have taken since starting at the company, and comments about their potential, which would be excellent for reporting during promotional seasons. The management of many employee lists through database services, which thanks to the platform's adaptation to cover external service software operations such as Microsoft Excel, means that it is possible to import employee databases when moving information from a storage platform.
Read full review Before, it was a nightmare of spreadsheets, email templates, and needless to say, many many applicants fell through the cracks or left with a bad impression of our firm due to the poor communication. With Trakstar, we're able to easily track where every applicant is in the funnel, collect information on how they are doing, and manage the whole communication process. I love being able to work in both Gmail and in their software and I love how it tracks the conversations so that I can easily go back and review where things are with any given applicant. That said, the product is more geared toward someone that is hiring for one person per role. We make it work, but there is a lot of functionality that doesn't get used because of that
Read full review Pros Organization. It provided an incredible way to streamline applicants and their place in the process. With a strong search capability, you can find anyone no matter where they are in the process. And you can see if they've applied elsewhere in your company. User friendliness. Not everyone understands technology. Even more so when web programs are involved. I am well versed in programs like these, and did a lot of vetting before making our purchase, so training came easy. It also - to our happiness - came easily to people who've never seen these programs. Breezy was there to help with the issues we had understanding; however, we didn't need them much because the interface was just that easy. Options. They have third party integrations, and are willing to open to more. They want to make their program useful in more than one way. Breezy crew worked with us to link to our HRIS system. They also have a great many integrations that are relevant to any small business (we are not small, but this would be a great choice for a small company just starting out and seeking to understand what they need). Read full review You can create your own fully customized job board, so that you have indefinite openings for different types of jobs, and so that all interested parties can apply to meet certain openings. This is an excellent way to organize each candidate from the beginning. Recruiterbox lets us program our own workflows within the platform, which are useful to better define the work organization that must be in place for all recruiting processes to meet the right requirements, and this is reflected in improved reporting. The platform automatically creates analyses based on the resumes of each candidate, so that, depending on each resume, they are shown offers that are fully compatible with their type of employee and their previous work operations. We like the customer service offered by Recruiterbox, which has been able to meet our employment needs in a short time and in a mostly accurate way. Thanks to this, we were able to solve the usage error we had with the platform and our current results are much more profitable in terms of analytics of recruitment operations. Recruiterbox is an exemplary service in terms of usability mechanics, with an extraordinary ease of application and a deployment that allows us to work on different platforms without any usability problems or labor errors, as with most human talent services nowadays. Read full review Cons Their calendar functionality is pretty clunky. For example, I am able to use the platform to easily propose times to multiple candidates, but it doesn't mark the option as unavailable once the candidate has booked the time. This has led me to be double-booked on multiple occasions. (We now just use a Calendly link). You're able to create a careers web page that automatically lists open jobs through Breezy, which is nice, but the customization is incredibly limited. While you can manage your whole hiring funnel from Breezy, it lacks the automation and other functions of some of the high dollar platforms. Breezy doesn't offer any templates or suggestions with how to build your funnel, so I can imagine that many customers miss out on functionality that could help streamline their workflow. I think they could really benefit from some 'getting started' suggestions and guides. Read full review The interface isn't dazzling. But it's clean. Perhaps there's some opportunity to sexy up the UI. The labeling was a bit awkward, and doesn't work so cleanly when you forward a candidate to the data store, via the application email. For example, you can add the candidate manually using the web-based UI, or you can forward an application from your email client to an email alias. Also, the conversion from email-to-"creation of candidate profile" was not entirely great. But it was close enough to get the name logged in there. You just have to properly label and format the profile later, if you want the candidate repository to be well sorted and easily searchable. You cannot transfer jobs from one account to another. What I mean by this is: If you have multiple organizations within a single tenant, you can move the position within that tenant. But let's say you and a colleague signed up separately, and want to merge candidate databases and job settings. It's a no go. You'll have to do a bulk import. Which kind worked out to be an imperfect migration for us. Read full review Likelihood to Renew It's no fuss and does what we need at a very reasonable price, so I can't imagine why I'd switch.
Read full review We have not renewed our subscription for Recruiterbox. Although it is a great platform with great customer service, it does not have the functionality our company needs to be able to scale and there weren't plans to develop that functionality soon.
Read full review Usability It's very difficult to navigate. Most systems have a job management side and a candidate management side. Breezy only has a candidate management side. It never pulls our jobs to Indeed. The user interface is so challenging to navigate. It will remove vital parts of the screen if you expand a menu. It freezes constantly. It's a great idea, but it has so many software bugs. There is something wrong with this platform and nobody wants to find the bugs.
Read full review Recruiterbox is extremely easy to use and to learn. The only function that is difficult to use, even once you have the hang of the system, is reporting.
Read full review Support Rating The customer support team is always very responsive, and they are genuinely interested in helping you solve your issue. If the issue is something they cannot solve or guide you through, they always send it to their tech team to fix from the back end. They are also very receptive when you send along ideas or suggestions.
Read full review The customer service has always been fantastic. We were always taken care of and no issue or problem went unsolved.
Read full review Implementation Rating It was really easy to get up and running, and the few questions I did have were answered nearly immediately via the in-app chat.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I liked that Breezy HR had an option to try it out before we committed. I also preferred the User interface of Breezy HR to other options we looked into. The pricing was very attractive as well. Plus it included more features than most competitors we demo-ed did
Read full review Recruiterbox does not have as many features as other products I have used, however I would rate it very strong for ease of use. If you need something simple & out of the box, I had no complaints. I also experienced very few, if any, bugs while using the product.
