By using HyperGuest, we were able to fulfill almost all use cases for our customers. HyperGuest is well suited for mid-level hotels and guest houses. With ever-evolving features, the customer base of HyperGuest is continuously growing day by day. The API framework helps connect faster and supports both Pull and push approaches for different operations, as appropriate. When we say Pull -it means any information retrieval for the partner is fetched in seconds. On the other hand, if we want to update booking etc., i.e., Pushing the information, it is also carried out seamlessly.

• The CloudBlue platform is quite scalable, and the ecosystem of included ISVs allows us to add any new product to the market immediately and simply.

• I could not find any point which is lacking, though it was my first experience working with any such channel management product.

HyperGuest was less expensive and was able to fulfill almost all the requirements of our client.

• In my very personal review, I can mention that this instrument does not have negative points that harm us; rather, we are quite practical with this product.
