Core HR is software that can so easily fit on any kind of HR management system. It has amazing features. In case of new recruitment applicant tracking, application management, approval process control, etc could easily solve with Core HR. It is very much suited for company records management. It is a complete database for current employees as well.

I personally, am not a fan of SumTotal. I have worked on several different HRIS and Payroll systems which outweigh all aspects of SumTotal (Lawson Interface Desktop, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Enterprise, and Ultimate Software's UltiPro). As antiquated as Lawson felt, it had more functionality than SumTotal. Of course, all others I worked on were for the most part cloud based and had modern functionality to go with it.

  • Functioning is very easy and very much clear to the new users as well.
  • Detailed payroll structure of your compensation.
  • Salary slip is available for all the previous months as well.
  • Claiming of different allowances like phone bill, internet bill, shift allowance etc are very simple.
  • We can easily track the time and attendance.

The previous software I used was so limited in various core HR functions. On the other hand Core HR meets up our almost every requirement. And the very most reason to switch into Core HR is it has a free trail version for the users. That gives you much flexibility to check everything out properly

When I came to my company, they had been using a "light" LMS called Articulate. It was cheap and bare bones; i.e. not a lot of features, really just a platform to launch eLearning from and not real interface for student to utilize. When I began to overhaul the training department, this was one of the first things I changed. Articulate would only run courses built in their software, and the software was not 508 compliant. In addition, we had no ability to create learning plans, house transcripts, customize the interface, or manage the students. I made the choice to select and LMS that was a true LMS with all of the features that were critical to our clients' needs.   • Claim different allowances with this tool and track it as well.
  • Track your time and attendance here.
  • We can modify the shift plan here and change the WOs but it will go for approval to your manager.
  • The process of changing the WOs, regularization is little difficult.
