FloristWare vs. Phonexa

FloristWare is well suited for every aspect of the florist business and is adaptable to any size florist company.

This is an all-inclusive lead management system and has the features to satisfy a multitude of businesses. The system helps spot data trends within minutes and gives managers and business owners the best analytical tools I've ever seen to date. It's best if you're looking to find ways to optimize and explore opportunities. It's also easily integrated and there's always a support team that's readily available to help you.

• The reporting tool is powerful - provided the product categories and sales accounts have been well thought through. The fixed reports have been intuitively created; but the export feature makes them even more powerful, so as to be tailor made for the individual business.
• The marketing tools campaign builders, fundraisers, advertising analyzers, etc. are effective and have brought us business we would otherwise not have seen, and saved us money we would otherwise have thrown at the wrong advertisers. Customer data can be pulled and sorted in a multitude of ways, depending on the purpose. We use the marketing tools routinely.
• The financial tools make my life easier. Need to file and pay sales tax? A Sales Report Summary for any date range instantly gives gross sales, taxable sales, sales tax due. Need a current inventory report? A push-button report is generated, by product category. Need to know how this month's sales compare to the same month last year? Not a problem.

• Trouble shoots any technical issues that you may come in contact with.
• Has made it user friendly for even those who are not too computer savvy.
• Reporting feature has multiple view options dependent on what you're looking for.

• I would like to see the ability to save work and continue later (as in pause order entering).
• I would like to see in the future a more advanced routing module.

• Adding a how to guide for all the hundreds of features it has.

I give FloristWare a rating of 10 for usability because I have never had an ounce if difficulty with any of its functions or features.

Support is outstanding, Mark wouldn't allow anything less!

I have never felt the need to seek out an alternative to Floristware.

We had a normal kind of landline phone before this, and it was SUCH a hassle to use. It was not easy and kinda outdated.
