FormSwift vs. PDFTron

FormSwift is well suited for legal and accounting firms that need to quickly create form documents. It is easier to navigate than Nolo.

PDFTon is best suited for larger organizations in order to maximize the multiple features and functionality and to justify the cost. The users will need a programmer that can develop solutions to deploy using multiple programming languages. They need to be able to understand how the different types of code can interact. Small organizations would have a hard time justifying the cost and may not have the skill sets to deploy it easily.

• The "Document Creator" is an excellent tool. Very easy to work with.
• The "My Documents " area is a helpful storage area for completed docs.
• The "Document Library" is an extremely valuable resource.

• New releases with added features
• Very configurable

• The "Fillable Fields" area could use some additional customizable fields.

• Lowering the cost
• Remove evergreen clause from contract

Much better than Rocket Lawyer.

PDFTron was our first choice because it was the best solution we could find at the time. it was the most versatile and easiest for us to deploy mostly because of the great support they provided.
