The kvCORE platform is described by the vendor, Inside Real Estate in Draper, as a next-gen solution for modern brokerages and enterprises to run their entire business on one platform.
kvCORE has a better looking IDX website and claims to have many more features and customization options. In my opinion, the problem is that the kvCORE system doesn't function well, if at all, and as far as customization in reality you can't even get it customized enough to make …

I think kvCORE is more advanced, but more features-more problems.
Propertybase is so responsive it makes you feel like they really care about your business. No hard sell. Price is affordable. So many different ways to reach out for help if you need to and they are very responsive.

I didn't chose kvCORE. It's the only type system my brokerage has used since I joined. My brokerage is fabulous & I will not let KV Core be the reason I go elsewhere. I wish I could tell you how it compares to others similar systems. All O know is my own sad way to isn't good …

Konversion and BoomTown are the only two I have used. Both have their things to recommend. Since I used Konversion, using kvCORE was simpler and I was able to upload my contacts seamlessly. This made adopting a new system easier and less likely to have a gap in contacting …
kvCore is much better than Top Producer because it is automated. If you do not have an assistant then Top Producer is basically useless. It gives a lot of todos, it doesn't just do it. kvCore is just easier to use and much more intuitive than CINC. It has things built in …
It has been over 3 years since I evaluated other systems. With how fast technology changes and features are added, I don't feel like I am up to date enough to speak to this question.
