My company works with a client who offers a SaaS solution tothe beauty sector. We had been using Salesforce for three years but needed asystem with lead nurturing, workflow automation, and user-friendliness thatSalesforce lacked without a hefty monthly price tag. We are taking use of LeadMaster's eMarketing, automation,and workflow management capabilities as well as the streamlined nature of theProfessional Edition. Method[:CRM] is well suited when you have a large company that needs to keep track of customers. It also connects with Quickbooks and that has really been nice for our organization. Our company is small so this really helps us stay on track and build our data base of customers.Incentivized

I believe there is room for improvement with scaling down on the customizing (sometimes having too much isn't always a good thing)The estimate creator in Method is not as fluid as making an estimate in QB. (moving lines around, adding lines, etc.)Incentivized
The things Method does well - QuickBooks data integration and extreme customization - it does very, very well. If you are looking for a CRM product or any business process automation software that integrates with QuickBooks, you have to look at Method CRM
My ability to more effectively manage the workflow in our office has been greatly enhanced by LeadMaster. Each member of my team is aware of the students they are responsible for recruiting and the specific process that should be followed with each and every one of them. The system also enables us to practically eliminate the use of paper in our process, which helps to reduce the number of different types of office errors.Incentivized
Method has a great overall "usability". Once we started using the software; it did not take long before we were able to start editing our own web lead forms, email templates, etc. I think there is a learning curve however the learning curve is not bad. Anyone looking for a cloud CRM should start here Incentivized
The reason to give this rating because of the following. 1. Assessing the efficiency of campaigns involvingseveral agencies and points of contact 2. True close loop reporting 3. The capacity to manage a channel through the useof features for updating leads and pipelines. 4. Ensuring that no leads were lost and that theywere always assigned to someone for follow-up, whether the lead originatedthrough e-marketing, the filling out of a form on a website, or even a leadfrom a trade fair 5. The support is great. They are on the line within minutes and share screen to figure out the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this product for that reason. I do wish the customization was a bit easier to use; however, with fewer settings that are available to the end user and an easier way to read the customization.
Be available to learn! There is a huge learning curve to this program. You have to be willing to take it all in. Be available to the Method expert and be patient.
My client has been using Salesforce for the past two years,but they were looking for a system that would provide lead nurturing, workflowautomation, and overall ease of use – functionality that was just not availablewithin Salesforce without incurring a large, monthly fee. I'm using one of myclients who has been using Salesforce for the past two years. Because of LeadMaster's user-friendliness, robust automationand workflow management, and eMarketing capabilities, we have decided to employthe Professional Edition. As a result, we are able to better regulate the salesprocess and achieve a higher closure rate.Incentivized
Method is by far the easiest of all platforms. It brings a lot of great features that Salesforce has as well as email campaign features like constant contact, all in one. The only thing I would add would be more reporting and custom report capability. Incentivized

Method:CRM has probably saved me about 6-10 hours per week over the past few years.It has likely saved our company several hundred hours in the last 10 years.It has specifically saved us countless hours with better data management vs. having separate spreadsheets for keeping track of things.Incentivized
