We consider that it is a very complete internet call software that is worth having in all companies that want to increase their sales through customer service agents because, with all its tools, agents improve their workday by day.

• Easy to set up your menu and record greetings and Prompts
• Forwards to our cell phones or landlines -- and voicemail to email
• Allows outbound calls on the rare occasion we require hiding
• Simple website for end users - but they almost never need to use it.

• If I schedule an article to be posted on LinkedIn and want to go back to edit it to have it posted on Twitter as well at the same scheduled time, this is hard and shouldn't be
• For filtering content so the user just sees articles they are interested in, some of the filters are too broad. I work in Cloud. Cloud happens to also cover things like AI and Data, which aren't in my specialty. I wish my articles and content were just cloud software.
• The pane where the user can see all scheduled posts could have a different view. They are shown in a list and aren't easy to drag/drop and change. This would be super useful on the desktop browser version.

Once it works and has retain ROI.....keep it going

So much easier than our old PBX or any on-prem PBX I have ever used. We were up and running in an hour. Tweaking the caller menus is so easy.

In truth, I have never needed to leverage customer support for LinkedIn Elevate. I have have a 100% positive experience with both the mobile app, web browser version and using it in Safari on my iPhone.

Definitely LinkedIn elevate is a much easier program to use while still offering more complexity in Data and allowing better connection among employees. The content side makes it much more interesting and enjoyable than other programs. It also provides a more unique layout and structure that employees can seamlessly share content and learn from other posts.

Auto attendant and voice conference capabilities are a good value for SOHO users that need to make a positive impression upon their customers.

• We have been able to improve greatly with this software, our communications and interactions with customers improved, and agent performance and productivity improved, which translates into higher profits for the company. It is easy to use this program, so it did not take us long to adapt to it and its functions.
