Cons
Opus Behavioral Health
  • Their initial walk through/demo - It's overwhelming
  • Not everyone will know how to use it right away like other larger EHR's. There is a small learning curve
  • Not great for single therapists, best for small-medium-medium large facilities

Alternatives Considered
Opus Behavioral Health
I just felt it was a good balance of being "down to earth" but extremely capable. Return on Investment
Opus Behavioral Health
  • Quality outcomes measurement for insurance rate increases
  • Therapists that are great with clients, are also now great with documentation (AI tool)
  • I don't have to "hunt" through documentation to make sure everything is completed on time.
  • I don't have to explain a bunch of hidden costs to our executive team.
