From my experience Sophos could give us a proper email security solution at that time. However once the requirements of the security gets bigger such as machine learning, at that time we do not find it in Sophos. Despite all, we are really satisfied with the Sophos email security solution that we use.

Alternatives Considered

At that time, we chose Sophos based on the reputation and our partnership with our partner. And in general Sophos could give us more benefit than other competitors with the similar solution. However we do not feel comfortable to disclose information about comparison with other solutions. Despite that, we think Sophos could deliver our requirements very well with the cost that were reasonable for us.

We previously used PGP Desktop Encryption. Our main reason for switching was the bypass pre-boot feature in Mobile Armor. We have a lot of shared devices and having to register every user to the device did not work well.
