Likelihood to Recommend SAP commerce cloud helps greatly with inventory tracking. It also helps cut down on code issues when special codes are added to the site. The ease of inventory and reorder is a time saver. Month end is easier than it was before using the platform. It is suitable for b2b applications.
Read full review Stripe is very suitable for small businesses. They provide you with a nice portable CC scanner when you sign-up. If you have an eCommerce store Stripe will most likely be compatible with it. Even if you have a more custom site built using Wordpress/WooCommerce Stripe has a free plug-in that's ready to use.

I don’t run into problems with collecting the proper amounts or being overcharged for fees. They have good customer service. If I have a question about the customer portal or a problem with a customer, they help me resolve these issues. Read full review Cons It's a little pricey; further cost reductions will expand product selection; also, trained operators are required. HAC occasionally functions extremely slowly and does not provide any problem messages; it simply gets stuck. Logging into the Backoffice for testing purposes causes a lot of trouble; it does not enable us to log in in one attempt, and the page refreshes every time we enter in the credentials. The ability to be able to offer discounted rates at a smaller threshold would be nice. In addition, it has a feature where inventory is tracked integrated with existing ERP (SAP and/or non-SAP) systems. With SAP Commerce Cloud, we can enable transactions to trigger all processes to integrate with existing ERP systems. In this way, it is possible to manage the system from end to end.

Read full review Support Rating We have the right to open a ticket or submit request to SAP support teams for all the problems we have experienced. They also provide solutions for critical issues within 48 hours. In addition, the product has support documents such as a user guide and admin guide. In addition, there is a strong community of users. In this way, we can access solution of some specific problems that we have fallen on from there.
Read full review Stripe's support is nearly perfect – great attention to detail, fast response times, and a willingness to really dig into issues and get to the bottom of them. In the five years we've been using Stripe, the only negative thing I can say about their customer support is that it seems like there has been a slight shift to less technical front-line support agents, which means it's more likely your issue will have to be escalated before you get more information. This, however, has happened as Stripe rolled out more real-time support features like call and chat, and that really isn't workable if you're escalating everything right off the bat. It's absolutely an acceptable trade-off.

Read full review We found that Stripe was much easier to have integrated with our site, as well as easier on the users when it comes to inputting payments. On our end, the dashboard and reporting are very easy to utilize and make it very easy to understand how our business is doing.
Read full review Scalability The business users/admins were able to quickly segment products by brand, allowing for unique branding and header-less page design. As new products are added to the SAP backend, all characteristics and pricing automatically migrate to Commerce Cloud. We also segment our user sign-on (domains) by brand and allow targeting displays.
Read full review Return on Investment It has a positive impact on my client's business and ROI is higher than expected. As orders count is increasing due to smooth and better experience. My current client's customers have given very positive experience about new website built on SAP Commerce Cloud. Due to SAP Commerce Cloud website rollout is very easy and due to it, my current client has introduced around 25 websites. As SAP Commerce Cloud logic needs to develop once and can be reused for multiple websites easily with minimal effort. Branding is also very easy as promotions, events can be implemented on the website easily and with minimum time. Read full review It makes getting money from your clients really easy It gives your clients the guarantee that their payment information is totally secure and confidentially used and kept It is very easy to integrate with online assets of the company In a couple of occasions, some companies have wanted me to use Stripe for them to pay me, and I have had a couple of hiccups. This was more related to the way that these companies set up the Stripe integration of my account to their platform. In both cases, the integration has not been possible and to this date, I still do not know why with exactitude. As I said before, the commissions kept by Stripe could be lower, and shared with the CC companies, rather than having us clients pay for all of o it.
