Very proactive support. They always engage us proactively to suggest better ways. Response on incidents is also very good. Product itself is very stable and have not had any major issues.

The few times I have used the support team, my experience has been great! They were very knowledgeable. The also really cared about helping me through the issues I had. They were able to complete my support ticket very quickly and usually resolved it with the initial call.

It's been pretty easy to get a hold of the Support team and they work well to resolve our issues. I wish I could email support directly (which we used to be able to do) versus having to login to the console and report an issue from there, that's a feature I'd like to see brought back but otherwise, their Support team is pleasant to work with.

Customer support is fast and very knowledgeable. I have bombarded their representatives with more advanced questions, and they know how to handle and answer each one of them. Also, every customer service interaction lasts as long as you need it to in order to resolve the problem.

Customer Support has always been very helpful when we have had a question about the product. Have not run into an issue where we are bounced around from tech to tech to answer a simple question like some other vendors I have worked with. Support is always happy to help you get the most out of the product and this is a big part of why we are happy to be Druva customers.

Druva support is capable of supporting Phoenix as a tool within their platform, and they are quick to address any bugs that may appear as part of normal day to day operations.

Where they may not perform so well is the integration to AWS, even though they mentioned that they are natively integrated, each customer still needs to get hands on in designing their DR environment because Phoenix stops at VM restoration.

The people assisting us with the Druva Phoenix PoC (pre-sales) and the issues we were having (support and engineering) were very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. After increasing the logging level, the cause of the issue was found and a patch was created and installed in a short amount of time.
