Overall Satisfaction with INFUSEmedia

Used for demand generation through content syndication and BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) qualification for multiple products/offerings across global target audience and ICP (ideal customer profile). They helped us generate leads through multi-channel approach with multi touchpoint based process to verify leads before delivery. Leads were also verified for provided data points for accuracy of contact data.

They understand the ICP and product/offerings really well. They also provided content pieces like landing pages and emails really well. Multi-channel approach with multi touchpoint based process to verify leads before delivery was interesting. But still for fraction of leads, we had trouble contacting with provided contact data. They might improve on their data verification process.
