Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Yes, and the data is made digestible so that all business users can access and analyze the data. The tutorials make it easy for any users to ramp up using the platform, and the collaboration functions allow everyone to be on the same page when making business decisions

Sigma allows us to use all our data sources together which has been impossible before. Allowing our customer service operations to be able to access the data on a regular basis along with removing the need for manual agent reporting has been a game-changer. In a high paced environment of customer phone calls, actively pushing out reporting to Slack on an hourly basis allows us to be more agile. Using the tool also has encouraged business users to learn how to build their own charts especially without the SQL learning curve.

It has made it easier to keep access to our reporting in a singular place and organized and allowed us to share our reporting in a much easier and safer way so that other people not from our organization can see what we see.

Sigma Computing has allowed me to expand my data knowledge with new tools like input tables and control filters. For those with a non technical background, they can click on visualizations and see where the data is coming from and and review the overall structure of how these visualizations are built.

In the past, non-technical users did not have a way to access our organization's data without manual intervention from the Business Intelligence team.

Now, Sigma is the go to location for data access. The UI is clear enough that users can immediately start using data once they start using Sigma via consuming pre-built reports.

Several teams in our organization utilize Sigma daily for operational reporting and tracking of initiatives.

Many of our business stakeholders use Sigma regularly. Mostly viewing reports but some savvy users use the explore functions to go deeper into the data to get a better understanding of what is happening currently in the business.

Sigma has allowed me to quickly spin up accurate and detailed dashboards. These dashboards are intuitive and allow non-technical end users to easily digest and manipulate complex datasets. Prior to Sigma, the turn around time between conception and publication took upwards of 2 months but with Sigma it has gone down to upwards of 2 weeks without compromising the flexibility or detail held within a dashboard. Furthermore, Sigma allows for much larger datasets to be utilized without having extensive load times.

Since we're still in the midst of our rollout, this is a bit of "yet to be seen". We intend on rolling viewer access out to the whole company, so every person will have read-only access to certain company wide content, such as dashboards showing our level 1 metrics. For power users, they will have all of the available data marts from Snowflake to query.

Sigma has enabled our employees to access and explore critical business data, relevant to their processes. It allows for faster, more efficient and accurate decision making by providing data within valuable context in a timely and friendly manner. Managers and Directors are now aware of their metrics and their team’s performance as well as having it in context of other areas’ information.

Anyone with SQL skill set has very easily adopted sigma and saved time for the data team. It has allowed biz users a new degree of independence and speed for answering their own questions. And initiated a culture where finding your own answers is expected and importantly cheered on, which is great

This year, our team incorporated Sigma Computing in our deep dive analysis for coverage and any Adhoc analysis. It's much easier to spot data issues and pricing gaps in our user case analysis by using Sigma Computing. For example, we can identify whether our third-party pricing vendors are accurately providing prices to our pricing universe which includes over 2 million securities daily. Using Sigma Computing to power query our Snowflake database have efficiently reduced hours of manual work and reduced human errors.

By having the data available to the leadership team in an easy to understand way, it's changed the context of meeting from "what happened" to "why did this happen"? Which leads to much more time focused on solutions than problems.

the unlimited users allows for all users to access the data.
It would be nice though if there was the ability to add a meta user id to each user in sigma so that we could easier link them to our other softwares

Sigma is very easy to use for non-technical users. If they have any experience working with spreadsheets at all Sigma will come very easily to them. I've found that to be Sigma's strongest feature when compared to other platforms. I don't feel like I need to learn something entirely new, it's very intuitive and their support pages are very easy to access and follow.
