Sigma is very easy to use for non-technical users. If they have any experience working with spreadsheets at all Sigma will come very easily to them. I've found that to be Sigma's strongest feature when compared to other platforms. I don't feel like I need to learn something entirely new, it's very intuitive and their support pages are very easy to access and follow.
Because Sigma is so easy to use it's really easy to create quick reports on questions I may have about my data and get answers into the hands of stakeholders via easy sharing. Because of it's spreadsheet like interface it's really easy to drill down into charts to see the underlaying data and understand what may be pulling a metric one way or another.
Sigma is by far the best. It is easiest to learn and easiest to use on a day to day basis. I never have to wait for dashboards to load and it's very easy to understand the variables that are going into my visualizations. Best of all I can manipulate the data within Sigma very easily. In these other platforms data manipulation is difficult or must be done in the data warehouse.
I believe Sigma is well suited for almost all use cases. The platform can handle simple reports with small amounts for lean startups all the way up to Enterprise wide data management and reporting. I would be confident running analytics for any company on Sigma. Sigma is very cloud friendly so the only situation in which you might find difficulties is if your company stores all their data on-prem.
