Sigma has enabled our employees to access and explore critical business data, relevant to their processes. It allows for faster, more efficient and accurate decision making by providing data within valuable context in a timely and friendly manner. Managers and Directors are now aware of their metrics and their team’s performance as well as having it in context of other areas’ information.
Sigma has helped us by getting intertwined deeply in our weekly processes so that we are able to continuously visualize business behavior by looking at the data. It helps us understand and identify trends early and react to potential impacts, it lets us prepare for a negative outcome and come out stronger than if we didn’t have it.
Sigma is easier to work with and faster than Looker Studio.
