These are a few cases for which we use Clear view as of now primarily 1. Service order management, and 2. Customer self-service portals. Also we are using it for 1. Streamlining operations. 2. Improve customer experience. 3. Drive revenue growth through customer Relationship Management providing a unified platform to manage customer interactions, sales, support, billing, and inventory.
Service order management provides an automated process for managing service orders, which helps telecom companies to streamline their operations and reduce the time and cost of processing orders.

  • Reporting is always a challenge with any platform. The canned reports are excellent, and Valicom will assist with custom reports. But every customer wants to see the reporting different. I wish we had a report builder, but otherwise, no limitations on the reporting itself.
  • Some areas of the software don't give me all the columns I'm looking for. For example, reviewing invoices requires me to open each one to find what site it's for instead of letting me add the site name column to the main review page. Some of the reporting isn't as customizable or intuitive as I would like.

Our team is able to manage all technology expense-related actions for our clients, and account managers and have a single platform to support our internal teams like finance and IT. After-service and software support is also excellent. this is the major reason.

They have great customer support and it's been easy to use so far. We got help during implementation to ensure we were able to collect the data and generate reports leadership wanted to see.

Clearview's software is easy to use, in addition to ensuring accurate billing with all carriers, the software also captures all the necessary data and there is no software downtime. No matter what information our clients provide, the software allows us to find any item quickly without wasting much time. The Clearview team provides excellent customer support and always goes beyond and far to support its customers.

This is a very powerful tool, it is intuitive and user-friendly, and so far it has made a huge difference in lowering costs, reducing risks, and increasing operational efficiency. The customer support has been great where the problem was resolved quickly. Its module layout makes it easy to find all relevant information with much ease. Overall, I have had a very good experience using Clearview.

With brightfin, it is tough to remember where to go for everything, it is not easy to search for things that you need urgently because you will have to keep some time in hand to get to the relevant details. I often find myself looking around and wasting time in selecting the wrong areas and thus navigating the site can be confusing for a new user. Searching through is certainly not simple and much more complicated as compared to Clearview where you simply glide through for the needed information.

We were looking for a way to increase engagement of our team members on social media. We spend a lot of time curating content for the agency, but then only rely on the agency/company social channels to push the content out. We realize the value of having individuals share the company content to their networks. The reach is far greater, and it can feel more authentic. Our efforts to gain buy in from the team continued to fall short when we ask them do manually do things. So we were looking for a solution to make it seem a bit more effortless.

Like most platforms, its only as good as how well and how often you use it. It definitely is a good platform for pushing out content to your employee base or team. You need to have a decent size list of people to realize its true capability/value/reach. It requires someone to be regularly loading in content for shares and pushing them out to the individuals. But either from an email or when logged into the platform, a share can be done with just a few clicks.
  • If you're investing more than a nominal amount of time creating content or researching content that needs to be shared, this is a no brainer.
  • The EMV function allow you to get an estimated value of the post shares and their engagement, providing a pretty good picture of what it would cost to earn that type of impression/engagement value.
We started out with Clearview as a pilot at no cost. After using for a time we determine that the platform met our needs and ultimately the return will be there. We did not pilot the other alternatives out there. For the most part, we are happy with the platform.
We haven't had much of a need to leverage the support for Clearview, the functionality has always been there, and the platform does seem to be making continual improvements is usability, navigation and overall functionality.
The user interface is fairly intuitive. It's not hard to find your content, set up your shares, or view your results/analytics. As mentioned, the content available for sharing within Clearview isn't great, but I don't place a ton of value on that, as this is likely intended for more sharing of original, unique content. I do think there still can be some improvements made to setting up shares across multiple platforms at the same time, but overall, it does the job fine.
