Overall Satisfaction with 3CX
3CX was a replacement for our legacy PBX solution. We needed something more modern to replace the entire company's legacy phone system[.]
- Easy to install
- Fairly simple to use
- Cheap
- Integrations and API
- Scripting/cli tools
- Cheap (budget)
- It didn't require a lot of knowledge to install and set it up
- If you buy too much licenses for concurrent calls you cannot reduce license and price
- Users loved the web interface
- Admins loved it because it was easy to install and admin console is very much user friendly
- We never had issue of system going down or any troubles
- Amazing tech support
We had offers from a local company to do VoIP and we were looking at cisco even Microsoft for our solution, but in the end, we wanted control over our phone system not a service with good support, yet at the same time we didn't want to pay a lot of money for solutions like Cisco.
