Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare
For us, the web presence is something important both in terms of corporate image and for the development of our daily activities throughout the organization.
This is why Cloudflare becomes a solution both in the security aspect of our web services, and in the use of a CDN.
We currently have the Mitigate DDoS Attacks service for our main website; as well as a CDN for our client portals, which having their corporate headquarters around the world makes it essential to have data centers in different locations.
- Mainly associating my brand with Cloudflare gives the confidence of having a leading ally in the industry.
- The stability in the service is great, it is a service that you install and configure properly and forget about it.
- It has a great administration system for particular needs, it is highly customizable by non-expert users.
- Although it is not essential, having support in the local language would be important. We already only have access to support in English.
- We know they are a trusted and recognized supplier in the industry.
- The costs of their solutions are reasonable compared to other similar options.
- Generates informative content of great value on their blog, to keep us updated on news and trends in the sector
- The specific ROI impact for the products we use from Cloudflare is hardly directly measurable, however the costs of suffering an attack for not having DDoS protection are exponentially higher.

- The impact of using Cloudflare compared to the previous provider of the same services has generated us small financial savings, by having the same service for a lower cost.
Prior to Cloudflare CDN we used Namecheap's Supersonic CDN. The change for us was incredible. For example, simply the information that we could consult in our dashboards is definitely superior in Cloudflare.
[With] the technical results of the change in the CDN, we greatly improved L Contentful Paint, and other metrics such as Time to Interaction, which helped us improve the SEO positioning of our site.
