Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Contact Center
We use 8x8 Contact center across the entire company. Because we handle inbound and outbound calls from a variety of companies, we needed a reliable VOIP solution. 8x8 is remarkably supportive and provides an extremely reliable solution. We use both soft phones (in our remote call centres) and desk phones in our main office. Both systems work well.
- Consistent contact point across multiple devices.
- Clear crisp quality.
- Basic support is a little off. We often escalate for better service.
- The app doesn't have an easy way to close out (IOS).
- The dialer not suiting our needs was disappointing and a lot of time was put into learning this.
- Even during an internet outage, we had almost no downtime switch to an app based solution within 8x8.
I was not a part of comparing Contact Center to other solutions.
