Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

This plays a big part in our organization -it is the way we communicate internally and externally with our customer and employees.
We work hard on touching base with our customer. One of the most important assets is touching base with our customer and we use this tool to complete that task. It plays a big part in our day to day.

  • And giving clear analysis on input and output of call volume
  • We run into issue when 8x8 freeze up
  • I wish we could put in a number and it shows how many times that number called

Based on my experience I feel this can replace the phone and all forms of communication across the board for most companies. One stop shop for the business. There are still some kinks to work out but if you played your hand well. This could be the new google of phone for business across all platforms.
