Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
Integrates with Microsoft Teams for seamless communications. SMS text capability was an important feature we needed.

- Technical support and account rep are helpful
- Adding / removing X1, X2 licenses on the fly rather than having to engage our account rep.
- 8x8 services are a fraction of the cost we were paying with our old AT&T phone system, saving tax payer dollars.
- Easy to manage Ring Groups and Auto Attendants which we use extensively
Costs were much less than Microsoft. Integration with MS Teams was a key feature our agency needed.
