Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
The Operations Team and the Business Development Team uses 8x8 to call our leads. It allows my employees to call and send a text to their leads. The Ring Group function helped our Business Development Team handle inbound inquiries fluidly. It also gave me the flexibility to provide any number to our Operations team, which helped their sales since they are calling locally to their target market.

Both systems have their own strengths and weaknesses. RingCentral Meetings is better than 8x8 X Series. Ring Central has Glip and 8x8 does not have that in the X Series. 8x8 has fewer glitches and better technical support than RingCentral.
