Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

We use it to direct incoming office calls, calls between colleagues, auto attendants (for after-hours dial by name), and faxs. It addresses being able to answer the phone remotely via the cell phone app. We also use the fax as it comes in via email attachment and multiple people can view it. I also like being able to go in and change settings as I see fit.

  • There was some initial cost savings, but the more we add, the less we feel that.

They changed their customer portal and made it way more complicated to change stuff and navigate. I'm learning but it's less intuitive.
