Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We have 4 entities located in different provinces in Canada.
One of the entity starts fresh with an opening and new staff to train. Absorb implementation worked like a charm.
The 2 others are more of a challenge, as we are in operation, and the buy-in of the managers ( who are accountable of the success of their employees and training) have more challenges.
The Head office is a no brainer.

- I feel like Absorb Academy is not that easy to use ot to get to when you have a specific question when programming.

We did create amazing content, very interactive with Create. It's nice to personalize our content!
We are about to purchase Amplify licences which is a great tool, easy to use, and the course options are starting to be interesting! We need more French versions though!

Mainly, the decision was based on our HR system - we needed a connector with ADP.
Guest service is also an important aspect, and we did get great service, straight from te beginning!
The fact that Absorb is a Canadian Company was too, a bonus!

yes, to program everything in a proper way and get support quickly!
I was amazed at the calm and professionalism of Absorb Staff when I first start to attend meetings with one of my bosses, who was very much an unpleasant person. While I was freaking out on my end, they kept smiling and respectful...:)
