Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
I manage the Absorb database, which is used to distribute training for healthcare professionals. I am responsible for learner profiles, site design, uploading content, testing, and reports - to name a few. I do like this system. It is very intuitive. I like that my consultant Greg Law is available and knowledgeable if I have issues or questions. He has always responded quickly! This matters more than the system itself. Because often if I have an idea for implementing a new process that the system is limited in doing, he will have an alternative suggestion. Overall, I'd recommend this service to others in my field.

- UI is easy to use when building or editing courses
- Dashboard helps to see how training programs are performing at a glance
- Better responsive design for mobile users is needed. Many tiles don't show the images when using mobile devices.
- Could provide more ability to control the templates for customized webpages
- Ability to see the errors that cause a course to fail vs exploring everything
- Ability to hover over source files to see the nameing convention without needing to upload a new one for certainty.
