Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
The City of Roswell uses Absorb LMS for Compliance Training. This is important because it helps employees understand all the relevant laws, regulations and internal policies that govern the function of the City. With over 1,000 employees divided into multiple departments, we needed a learning management system that enables us to disseminate, track and report on a regular basis to ensure that we maintained 100% Compliance. This is complicated with ongoing New Hires, and Absorb LMS is so easy to use that we can easily keep up with the ongoing demand.

We have multiple courses developed for Compliance Training, which requires ongoing reporting for all departments in the City.
The BizLibrary is pretty limited, so we have not received good reviews on that from our internal users.

Absorb LMS rocks this! So much more intuitive in content creation and report management.
