We are using ActiveCampaign Deals CRM to keep track of sales and for email automations to our clients depending on the stages they are in.

- Calendar functionality. Why do I have to save the date first then the time when making an appointment?
- 2 way email communication for Deals.
- Better reporting capabilities. Yes you have reports but i'd like to customize the information i need without having to spend a boat load more for an upgrade
- We know we have not been good at keeping touch with clients, now we are with our automations
- Keeping our staff organized with tasks
I've used Mail Chimp and Constant Contact. ActiveCampaign is a lot more sleek and way more powerful when it comes to storing data and reaching out to those clients with automations.
