Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a small company with an even smaller sales organization, we have to automate most of the nurturing process. To that end, ActiveCampaign provides us with an easy platform to set up our automation, iterate as needed, and send general newsletters. It is also a great way to keep track of engagement as the contact DB is extremely powerful and integrates easily with our CRM.

For small organizations, it is the perfect tool. However, I can definitely imagine cases where bigger companies would struggle to use the platform. Keep in mind that it is not meant to be a holistic marketing platform à la Hubspot. So it does what it is supposed to do really well, but it does not go above and beyond.
