ActiveCampaign was used for email marketing campaigns and lead nurture. It was effective at segmenting leads and addressing personalized emails to keep leads engaged and meet them where they were at in their buyer's journey.ActiveCampaign did everything we needed it to do except for some minor integrations that required zapier.

ActiveCampaign is powerful. It is probably one of the most powerful email resources available on the market. That also makes it somewhat complicated and it is definitely at the higher price end of things. The challenge is... if you build things out somewhere else when you're small, then you have to switch everything here when you're big enough. It would be nice if they had lower-tiered options so everything from startups to Fortune 500 companies could use it from start to finish.
