Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for project management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service management, and payroll. Acumatica Payments also makes it easy for us to take payments from customers with easy links. We are an HVAC company, so we use the project management for our installation project with commercial and residential customers. We then use the service module to schedule and bill our service appoitments.
- Project Billing with Proforma invoices which are easy to edit if necessary.

- Invoices for projects in the format for general contractors - AIA Reports - Change orders that are removed mess with numbers
- Service Appointment re-opening without loosing the time log
- Linking of information between sales orders - mark for PO
- Integration between different parts of our company has been good.
- The linking between the different modules in different actions such as purchasing is not very clear.

It has helped us to organize our projects and create quotes in a nice and clear way. The Acumatica payments have made it easy for customers to pay without having to log in.
As I described before, we use it to meet our needs in the contruction industry as well as the service industry for HVAC.
