Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica's CRM to relate to our customers, use it for Order to Cash, and for all of our accounting. We also use it to manage all of our items. Most of our employees are in Acumatica all day long.

It has allowed us to take orders more quickly on the phone as well as better support our customers as they are giving us an order. Cases have allowed us to better handle issues that our customers have brought to us, especially when it requires input from multiple of our employees.
We use Acumatica for all our business except our warehouse. It simply does everything that we need it to do, all in one piece of software.
