Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Handling of our online sales, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Used for online, phone, and in-person sales.

  • We no longer need to run an in-house server room with a UPS for business continuity, and employees can work from anywhere
  • Tax handling has become more exact and we overpay less
Our response time is faster for orders and for handling customer issues. We are able to bring call center staff online faster. Our old training process took 3 days; it now takes 4 hours.
Online sales and inventory management of seeds and other agricultural products. Acumatica helps us handle seed labeling and license tracking, after some modifications and customizations to the software setup.
