Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use Acrobat to edit PDFs, prepare forms, combine documents, and convert PDFs to other file types. I also use it to complete my own PDF forms and add my signature when needed. My use extends to supporting our company whenever an editable PDF is needed and I also edit those pdfs to reflect the requirements of my team.
  • Useful tools
  • Easy to use interface
  • Good file conversion
  • Better "send to sign" usability
  • More font options
  • Better typography options
  • Editable PDFs
  • File Conversion
  • Prepare a Form
  • Combine files
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
We use other Adobe products such as Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign, so it's helpful to stay within the same suite of products and stay within the same logic set. It's useful when importing and exporting file types as well since you know all data will remain consistent across platforms. It's also easy to use.
  • Increased productivity
  • Faster response times
  • Achieving bids on time
I appreciate that signed documents cannot be edited after signatures are written. It's a good measure to ensure that signed documents can't be manipulated or changed to appear that that signer agreed to something that wasn't originally present in the original document. It helps us to ensure that our documents that pass through Acrobat are safeguarded in kind.
SignNow works well too, but Adobe Acrobat fits better since we use so many other Adobe products to conduct our business. It's easier to stay within one system rather than jumping between platforms. It's also nice to avoid paying two subscription fees and instead staying with our Creative Cloud platform.

Acrobat is well suited for quick or minor PDF changes to the text or making them editable. It is not suited for major PDF changes or in situations where many edits are needed. It's also very useful when I need to convert a PDF into a JPG or other file type. At my job, I do this often when converting PDF renderings into JPG formats for website pages.
