Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat is an essential part of my business. From receiving to preparing documents, there is no limit to what my company uses Adobe Acrobat. The most important aspect of this program is organizing important documents and sharing them with coworkers and clients. I have not yet run into an issue with Adobe that didn't work itself out right away.

The necessity of using Adobe Acrobat in my business is imperative. However, ease of use is most important as I need my employees to utilize Adobe and create documents without hindrances of glitches or trying to figure out certain aspects of the program.
  • Over 200 documents a day are created at my business via Adobe.
  • There are virtually no errors that have negatively impacted my work.
  • All tools are readily available and easy to understand and use.
Although security is not a big concern, it is nice to know that we are well-protected at the office from possible data breaches, and Adobe is secure to use as well. In the 15 years of business, I am proud to say that there have been no breaches or any other type of security concerns.
There really is no comparison. Although we use other PDF programs, we mainly utilize Adobe. Not only because we find it to be a better program but also because everyone is more familiar with it. However, the other products are implemented for various reasons, such as a feature or 2 that we find necessary to use at times.

I prepare legal court documents as well as real estate documents and contracts. I would be lost without this program. It virtually does everything I need to keep my documents updated and accessible. At times, it is difficult to keep the correct formatting when copying a document in Word into a PDF document. Otherwise, everything else is appropriate for my line of work.
