Adobe Marketo Engage makes it easy to do all the thinking ahead of time so that our marketing campaign's launch and other related workflows go smoothly. It's easy enough for any skill level to use. Adobe Experience League has a vast library of content and documentation, and lets us connect with a community of our peers.
  • Customer journey management needs tools that can visualize what's going to happen at every step. Thanks to Marketo Engage we can flat out every stage, channel and touchpoint to craft powerful experiences from acquisition to revenue.
  • It's automated account based marketing & account profiling narrows down our choices to the best accounts & leads.
  • With 'Smart Campaigns', it's easy to connect with customers when, where & how they want. Another major time saver is the web personalization feature which helps us be consistent and relevant across all the segments and touchpoints.
  • We encounter different types of error messages in Marketo Engage that are hard to remove.
  • Errors arise due to various conditions such as a misspelled campaign name in a flow step or an unintended result. Adobe should work on some notifications that help us locate the source of such errors quickly.
  • The tutorial popup cards don't help at all it's better to keep everything in the videos only.
  • Client retention & an increase in happiness index, retention ratio.

Customizable dashboards help 'Marketing' see sales engagement data & helps 'Sales' see actionable marketing engagement insights. For face to face customer interactions and live events it has specialized tools to plan, scale & market events so that we can hit the attendance numbers.
The software is expensive & irrelevant for teams that aren't involved with customer experience.
