Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign for management agreements with clients. A simple signature and date for agreement, is far easier than requiring mailing/printing/scanning etc.
  • Clear direction for what is needed.
  • Emailing back the signed document at completion.
  • As a user, I see no changes obviously needed.
  • Our ROI is 100% in time gained back to keep our process running quickly instead of waiting for a print/scan.
I actually started with SignRequest, and then used Adobe based on another part of the business using it. I have then switched to ZohoSign to integrate directly to our CRM. The change to Zoho was more based on bundling features and costs, while maintaining the same basic features we needed.
Adobe Sign is well suited for larger business (higher volume) due to the price point. There are more affordable, smaller E-signature providers for small business or a low volume of documents.
