Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
Our entire organization uses ADP Vantage HCM for all of our HCM, payroll, time, recruiting, benefits, and talent management processes. The product allows us to give all employees access to Employee Self-Service, so it has virtually eliminated paper pay statements which saves time and money! Also, the Reporting and Analytics features of Vantage give us the ability to provide key metric insight to the business, which adds significant value to the services we provide as an HR team.
Pros
- The best thing about having all the product offerings associated with ADP Vantage HCM is being able to offer a "one-stop shop" to our HR practitioners, managers, and employees.
- The convenience of ADP Talent Management and ADP Recruiting Management's full integration with Vantage allows us to create more efficient performance, compensation, and recruiting programs and procedures.
- The user interface.
Cons
- The workflow feature of the product is not quite as robust as one would like.
- The security setup for the product does not retain history that the client can report on, which makes auditing a bit of a challenge.
- The policy manager does not allow for true electronic signatures and does not meet legal requirements for compliance purposes.
- Our organization has experienced a more efficient and faster recruiting process through ADPRM and ADP Vantage HCM.
- The analytics and robust reporting tools are user friendly and allow non-technical users to gain data insights to provide better forecasting and metrics to the business.
Our organization chose ADP Vantage HCM in order to eliminate the on premises solution of PeopleSoft as well as to outsource payroll processing. The cloud based, fully integrated solutions that the Vantage product line offers allows us to have a true "one-stop shop" for all our HR systems.
