Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP is used throughout our organization. ADP is primarily used by our HR department but all employees within the company are granted access to submit PTO time, view payroll checks and administer health benefit plans.
  • Payroll administration is a breeze including special modifications to salaried employee's like overtime or bonus pay.
  • Payroll taxes and benefit deductions are handled automatically and very simple to setup.
  • End of year documentation for tax preparation.
  • The mobile app is dates and needs an improvement.
  • ADP Workplace needs a UI update and looks very dated.
  • ADP has enabled our accounting and HR departments to utilize there time more efficiently.
  • The ROI was realized within the first month when our HR department could focus more on recruiting then administrating HR tasks.
ADP can grown with your company. If you start our as a small business and grown to an enterprise business ADP will grown with you. Just wish it had better integration with sharepoint

When we tried to integrate with Sharepoint on Office 365 we were never able to get it to work correctly. We tried multiple times without success.
Quickbooks was expensive and very limited with customization and the performance was slow.
ADP is great at all payroll tasks. Including letting employees being able to administer there own PTO time and submit to their department managers.

It's not a great place for company wide notifications like Sharepoint Intranet is.
