Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are currently using Workforce Now as our HRIS. We utilize the payroll, benefits, and performance management modules. This addressed the problem of having multiple locations that information and processes were housed, has helped us be more efficient, and allows me to produce more valuable reports and metrics for our strategic leadership team.

  • It is challenging to perform payroll corrections (as a newer user).
  • Sometimes, it is difficult to find learning modules to learn a specific feature.
  • Reduced time spent on managing information.
  • Reduces mistakes.
The system is easily expandable based on changing staff levels.
  • Benefits
Our provider is unable to be integrated so we have to create and enroll the plans manually to calculate payroll deductions.
We really like the ability to house everything HR and people related in one place. We also like having the ability to push out tax forms electronically instead of on paper.
