Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using it for HR management and full-service payroll and tax. It helps us to have an all-in-one solution for HR as well as helping us to accurately pay our employees and manage our tax returns and liabilities.

Pros

  • The interface is user friendly.
  • The help/guides are phenomenal.
  • The taxes are always up to date.
  • SmartCompliance is very helpful.

Cons

  • SmartCompliance could be more user friendly.
  • The IR Reports area could also be more user friendly.
  • CostPoint
  • SmartBen
It was moderately difficult for some of the integration with CostPoint but that is due to the complexity of CostPoint, not ADP.
I think it is a great application for companies with a large/moderate amount of employees. Especially when you are a multi-state corporation subject to numerous amounts of tax regulations and liabilities. ADP WFN makes it simple to update employee profiles and to see the pay and personnel history. The ability to customize reports is the best I have seen in my 20 years of using various software.
