Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

I currently use Influitive's AdvocateHub to manage a select group of customers we value - across all verticals and company sizes. The hub is a central place we can manage this select group and activate during key marketing initiatives across all parts of the company.

Pros

  • The hub is great at creating a sense of community among our customers who would otherwise have little way to interact with one another.
  • The hub gives our customers the opportunity to participate in special product messaging, reviews and feedback.

Cons

  • The reporting functions of Influitive are sometimes wonky and inaccurate. We struggled for some time with this during a key moment where we needed to show ROI but were unable due to functionality problems with their reporting.
  • We are still working on integrations and processes that allow us to measure our ROI so are not yet there with being able to showcase solid numbers.
Influitive's Advocatehub is a great way to keep your customers engaged throughout the year and make them feel like they're valued. This is a great product for companies larger in size.
