Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse

I'm using AgoraPulse to personally manage all of the social media accounts for my own career as an aviatrix and author, in addition to the social media accounts for MotoArt.
  • The interface is really nice and smooth; very easy to use. I really like how my social media manager can flag the things that require my personal attention.
  • The analytics are well laid out and mostly easy to understand.
  • The user monitoring and ability to see all interactions with a user in one place is very convienent.
  • I wish some of the jargon was better explained, especially in the analytics section. A lot of times it's not even really very technical language so it's not easy to look up either.
  • I wish that the monitoring part let users get more detail by including multiple terms, or exclusion terms or regex.
Hootsuite was harder to use, required more of a time investment to learn and didn't have as many features.
AgoraPulse is really well suited for people who are busy enough that they need detailed engagement but who dont have the time to invest.
